Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing. Collector - First Party, The Loan Service Center
Our Account Service Representatives work directly through LSC client systems. They contact members to work through reason for failure to pay and then help find a solution to resolve unpaid account(s). Our best Account Service Representatives are people with great communication and organizational skills and a strong work ethic.

                   Client Service Representative

This is a fast-paced, challenging position that requires a high energy, dynamic personality with a strong sense of personal accountability. Along with the ability to promptly follow-up with clients and with a history of exceeding revenue growth goals, this person will be a self-motivated, hard-working, detail-oriented individual. The Client Service Rep (CSR) acts as the liaison between administration, production and the credit union client.  The CSR is responsible for tracking account progress, client retention and growth of client placements with a focus on the development of current key credit unions through identifying new sales opportunities and closure of these new opportunities.

Requirements include strong communication and organizational skills, with a minimum of three years client service experience.  Additional requirements include CRM experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, and database record maintenance.  Travel required 9-12 weeks per year. 


POSITION OVERVIEW: The Human Resource Generalist provides a wide range of Human Resources services and support within an assigned Service Center. Incumbent will ensure consistency and compliance with established policies and procedures in all employment actions. Incumbent will handle complex, confidential information, and will ensure data integrity throughout the employment lifecycle. Incumbent will also recruit new hires, maintain benefits, mediate conflict and develop working relationships and interacting with assigned client groups and new employees.

  • Full lifecycle recruitment to include sourcing, pre-screening, hiring, on-boarding and orientation of sufficient numbers of qualified new employees
  • Administer benefit plans, including enrollment, changes and terminations; Coordinate benefits-related vendor activities and services; Provide thorough & timely employee benefits orientation and enrollment to new-hires
  • Develop and administer HR programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
  • Coordinate with full HR team to establish departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals
  • Identify causes and recommend solutions for improving job satisfaction, reducing turnover, and enhancing employee morale; Distribute exit and new hire surveys; Analyze survey results
  • Maintain employee-related databases, prepare and analyze reports necessary to carry out HR functions; Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested
  • Maintain records and reports concerning on-the-job injuries and workers compensation

               Information Technology

Diagnose computer problems, monitor computer processing systems, install software and perform tests on computer equipment and programs. Technicians may also set up computer equipment, schedule maintenance and teach the use of various programs. Other job duties can include minor repairs and computer parts ordering. IT technicians need strong knowledge of computers and how they operate, which includes having a broad understanding of hardware and software, operating systems and basic computer programming. Familiarity with electronic equipment, Internet applications and security may also be required.

Sales - Business Development Representative
This is a position for a proven sales leader who is goal-oriented, entrepreneurial, and can thrive on building client relationships. The primary functions of the position include cultivating new business within the credit union industry as well as managing and leveraging existing clientele. Relationship nurturing will be a key component of this position, as will the development of new sales opportunities. The successful candidate would proactively network, cold call, prospect and cultivate sales opportunities in new markets and existing territories to increase market share.  The ideal candidate will be a high energy outside sales professional that is driven to success and has the skills to grow their designated territory.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to manage opportunities through the sales cycle; minimum three years current, formal field sales experience.  Financial industry knowledge a plus. Requires CRM experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, and strong group presentation skills. Travel required 9-12 weeks per year.
