                Administrative


Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.

Collector - First Party, The Loan Service Center
Our Account Service Representatives work directly through LSC client systems. They contact members to work through reason for failure to pay and then help find a solution to resolve unpaid account(s). Our best Account Service Representatives are people with great communication and organizational skills and a strong work ethic.

Collection experience may be a plus, but is not required. If you are bilingual we have immediate openings.

Collector - Third Party Production Department
Credit Unions are our client base.  Our collection philosophy is motivation, not intimidation. Our collectors identifying the people who want to repay their debts and helping those people find a way to do it. Our best collectors are people with great communication and organizational skills and a strong work ethic.

                   Client Service Representative


This is a fast-paced, challenging position that requires a high energy, dynamic personality with a strong sense of personal accountability. Along with the ability to promptly follow-up with clients and with a history of exceeding revenue growth goals, this person will be a self-motivated, hard-working, detail-oriented individual. The Client Service Rep (CSR) acts as the liaison between administration, production and the credit union client.  The CSR is responsible for tracking account progress, client retention and growth of client placements with a focus on the development of current key credit unions through identifying new sales opportunities and closure of these new opportunities.

Requirements include strong communication and organizational skills, with a minimum of three years client service experience.  Additional requirements include CRM experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, and database record maintenance.  Travel required 9-12 weeks per year.

                   Human Resources


Responsibilities may include screening telephone calls, scheduling interviews, researching the Internet to locate potential job candidates, scanning resumes, and assisting with planning new employee coordination meeting, compiling materials and maintaining employee database records. Strong computer skills required, as well as sensitivity to confidential matters.

               Information Technology


Diagnose computer problems, monitor computer processing systems, install software and perform tests on computer equipment and programs. Technicians may also set up computer equipment, schedule maintenance and teach the use of various programs. Other job duties can include minor repairs and computer parts ordering. IT technicians need strong knowledge of computers and how they operate, which includes having a broad understanding of hardware and software, operating systems and basic computer programming. Familiarity with electronic equipment, Internet applications and security may also be required.

CU Recovery continually seeks bright, talented students interested in learning about the field and taking their classroom learning to a new level. Primary Responsibility: To assist the Marketing Manager to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Position Overview: Supporting the Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of driving marketing campaigns for Business Development and Client Service. An important cog in the marketing wheel, you’ll be expected to be involved at all levels, including arranging promotional events, working in CRM, developing marketing list, assisting in writing and editing of marketing materials, website maintenance, social media updates, and much more. This job is full of variety and you’ll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks.

Sales - Business Development Representative
This is a position for a proven sales leader who is goal-oriented, entrepreneurial, and can thrive on building client relationships. The primary functions of the position include cultivating new business within the credit union industry as well as managing and leveraging existing clientele. Relationship nurturing will be a key component of this position, as will the development of new sales opportunities. The successful candidate would proactively network, cold call, prospect and cultivate sales opportunities in new markets and existing territories to increase market share.  The ideal candidate will be a high energy outside sales professional that is driven to success and has the skills to grow their designated territory.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to manage opportunities through the sales cycle; minimum three years current, formal field sales experience.  Financial industry knowledge a plus. Requires CRM experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, and strong group presentation skills. Travel required 9-12 weeks per year.
